Accessibility Statement
Gal Shmul Real Estate and Wave Project Marketing place great importance on providing equal, respectful, independent and accessible service to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We work continuously to improve the accessibility of the website, its content and the digital experience.
Accessibility Standard and Legal Framework
Accessibility adjustments on the website are carried out in accordance with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 Part 1 for web content accessibility, which is based on WCAG guidelines at Level AA.
The purpose of accessibility is to support effective use of the website through common browsers, assistive technologies, keyboard-only navigation, page zoom and additional visual adjustments.
Adjustments Implemented on the Website
- Semantic page structure with headings, content areas, navigation and buttons with accessible names.
- A skip link to the main content at the beginning of the page.
- Keyboard navigation and operation, including closing menus and panels with the Escape key.
- Correct document language and direction settings for Hebrew RTL and English LTR pages.
- Alternative text or proper hiding of decorative images from screen readers.
- Visible and clear focus indicators for interactive components.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences to reduce movement and animations.
- A dedicated accessibility interface for display, font, spacing, contrast, highlighting and animation controls.
Using the Accessibility Interface
The accessibility button is located at the lower-left corner of the screen. Clicking it opens an accessibility panel where users can activate grayscale, high or inverted contrast, black-and-white display, link and heading highlighting, readable font, image hiding, reading guide, enlarged cursors, text size changes, word and letter spacing changes, page reading and settings reset.
Settings are saved in the user's local browser and can be reset at any time from the accessibility panel. The accessibility interface does not replace a full accessibility review, but is intended to provide practical support for common browsing needs.
Documents, Media and External Content
If the website includes PDF files, videos, links to social networks or content originating from external systems, some parts may not be fully under our control or may not yet be optimally accessible. If you have difficulty accessing a specific document or content item, contact us and we will work to provide an accessible alternative or appropriate assistance.
Limitations and Ongoing Effort
We invest effort so that all parts of the website are accessible. Even so, components, content or usage situations may be found that require further adjustment. If you encounter a problem, we welcome a detailed report so we can review and address it as soon as possible.
Accessibility in Meetings and In-Person Service
Company services are provided, among other ways, by prior coordination. The business address listed on the website is 4 Shoshana Damari St., Kiryat Motzkin, Square Complex, Building B, 2nd Floor.
